Both parties mutually consent to asserting claims solely on an individual basis; no party can function as a plaintiff or member of a class in any potential class action or private attorney general action against the other. Additionally, unless otherwise agreed, the arbitrator cannot consolidate claims of multiple individuals or preside over a representative or class proceeding.
Disclaimer of Liability:
